"September 2024 My wife and I recently moved back to Wolfeboro. Once we put our house under contract, we began looking for a home owners policy. I started by calling my long time agent and friend in the Exeter area. His prices seemed very high and he suggested I call a local company in the Wolfeboro area. I reached out to my Real Estate agent who had lived here for many years. She suggested we call State Farm. I called state farm and spoke with Angela. She was very professional and knowledgeable. After answering some questions about our new home she said she would work on our policy and get back to us. The next day we received her call and a quote on a new policy. She also put together a quote on my 3 vehicles and an umbrella policy. We got great pricing saving over $1,000.00. "I never write reviews, but it is necessary to share how amazing Ben Russo and his team (specifically Lisa!) are! I have been a customer of theirs for many years and always had fantastic customer service…but over the past year I have had a number of life changes which have required me to reach out to them to ask numerous questions or make changes to my policies. "I must say I am not one to leave reviews. Actually, this is probably my second review I have ever put out on the web. But I have to say that Ben Russo and his staff are the greatest. and they’re always there to help. And I’ve always noticed that they always seem to work as a team. If they can’t speak with you the other one will pick it up and takeoff with it I find that to be good teamwork. Not to mention. That I have spoke with other insurance companies to see if they could meet or beat Russo’s prices and they can’t, they can’t even come close. "HORRIBLE COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER... I literally had to call the insurance commissioner Is on a couple of different occasions simply to get this company to do the job in which they were paid to do... "I was a Progressive customer of 10 years and when looking for a life insurance policy I found State Farm to have some easy online applications. I applied for the insurance and was quickly connected with Ben. After a brief phone conversation Ben took the ball and ran with it. It was a painless process. Ben even drove out to my work to get a signature on an important form. This type of customer service made me price quote homeowners insurance with Ben. The price was less than what I was paying with better insurance and the policy was held by State Farm. I have since switched all four of our vehicles to Ben and added more life insurance policies. Ben's attention to details and quick responses have kept me a customer and I have no intentions of shopping around. Top notch service. If Ben leaves State Farm I'll be following!"
